Senator Lorna Regina "Loren" B. Legarda, the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Higher, Technical and Vocational Education, has appointed former CSU President, now the CESB Chairperson 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗨𝗝𝗔𝗛 𝗚. 𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗢, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗜𝗜 as the representative to the 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗖𝗦𝗨) 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
As the former president, Dr. Alvarado’s return to the CSU marks a meaningful continuation of her commitment to advancing higher education, innovation, and public service for the University and its communities.
