To ensure ongoing competency development, our stakeholders—students, faculty members, administrative staff, and industry workers alike work towards enhancing their professional qualifications and job-related skills. This effort encompasses the pursuit of relevant certifications aligned to each individual's area of specialization.

Through the Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Office, assessments were conducted to students in various areas, including Animal Health Care NC III (49), Rice Machinery Operations NC II (79), Organic Agriculture Production NC II (35), Food and Beverage Services NC II (77), Animal Production (Ruminants) NC II (49, and Animal Production (Swine) NC II (49).

As part of the professional development initiatives, two faculty members underwent training in Agricultural Crops Production NC II, one in Organic Agriculture Production NC II and two in Trainers Methodology 1. Two administrative staff and six industry workers focused on skill enhancement in Agricultural Crops Production NC II.

This commitment to skills and proficiency enhancement not only brings personal advantages to those involved but also contributes to the overall growth and adaptability of our academic and professional community.
