Joining the delegation was Dr. Ana Marie Cristina Cauilan, CSU Vice President for Internationalization, Partnerships, and Resource Mobilization (IPRM).

CSU-Sanchez Mira and Lasam were represented by their leadership team, headed by Dr. Florante Victor Balatico and Dr. Rodel Francisco T. Alegado, who were duly represented by Dr. Manny S. Alipio, Dean of CICS, and Dr. Shella B. Cacatian, IPRM Coordinator, along with other campus officials and academic heads.
