Fresh from a remarkable 3rd Place win in the Entrepreneurial Spirit (A4) Category at the global competition held in Busan, South Korea, CocoPreneur once again brought pride to the Philippines after bagging 2nd Place in Facebook Post Engagement at the 2025 ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders (AFSL) Philippine National Competition.
The AFSL 2025, organized by the ASEAN Accounting Education Workgroup (AAEW) in partnership with KPMG Philippines, RG Manabat & CPAs, and the PICPA Committee on Faculty Development and Research, serves as an online case competition that empowers students across ASEAN to create innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
With the theme “Empowering ASEAN Youth for a Sustainable Future: Innovation, Collaboration, and Community in Action,” the event highlights the importance of youth-driven ideas in addressing real-world economic, environmental, and social challenges.
Among the participating ASEAN countries—Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam—Team CocoPreneur stood out for their creativity, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.
