In its continuous pursuit of quality assurance and alignment with international standards, the Cagayan State University–Sanchez Mira Campus conducted a three-day ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit from October 6 to 8, 2025.
The activity aimed to assess the campus’s compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, focusing on process effectiveness, risk identification, and the implementation of previous audit recommendations in preparation for the upcoming external audit.
The internal audit covered academic, administrative, and support service units, serving as part of CSU’s ongoing commitment to total quality management and continuous improvement. It also reinforced the University’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and service excellence in delivering quality education to its stakeholders.
The internal audit team was composed of Mr. Joevannie D. Cacatian, Campus IQA Lead Auditor, together with internal auditors Dr. Verlino D. Baddu, Dr. Allan O. De la Cruz, Dr. Elizabeth C. Bautista, Atty. Jan Leandro P. Verzon, Mrs. Lourdes Padirayon, and Mr. Chris Ian Rodriguez.
