CSU held its university performance management team meeting and 2024 performance review today December 22, 2024, at the Andrews campus conference room, chaired by OIC president Arthur G. Ibañez.
In his opening message, he extended his gratitude to the reviewing panel for attending the event despite being held on a weekend, and highlighted the importance of the review, “This meeting and review is very important as it creates an avenue for progress and strengthen the commitment of the university in achieving our mission and vision for the coming years,” he said.
The meeting is set to review the university’s performance in 2024, assess the progress of various initiatives, discuss challenges, align objectives and establish key strategic goals for 2025.
Among the panel of reviewers were former president Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado, Board of Regent Member Hon. Dionisio C. Ledres Jr., Hon. Virginia G. Bilgera, Hon. Atty. Marco Cicero F. Domingo, and Hon. Rose Mary Aquino represented by Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations/PRDP Deputy project Director/BAC Charperson, Kay S. Olivas and University consultants Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao and Rev. Fr. Ranhilio C. Aquino.
