In a move to modernize learning and collaboration, the Cagayan State University – Sanchez Mira (CSU-SM) installed SMART TVs in some classrooms and conference hall before the start of the second semester of the current academic year.
Spearheaded by Dr. Rodel Francisco T. Alegado, campus executive officer, each college is given a 55-inch SMART TV installed in a classroom, while the conference hall is now equipped with two 65-inch SMART TV.
The integration of the said technology in classrooms and conference spaces aims to improve collaboration, enhance technology use, and create a more interactive learning experience for both students and educators
This initiative is also part of the university’s commitment to fostering a smart learning environment that enhances learning through technology.
With these new tools, faculty members can incorporate digital presentations, interactive discussions, and online resources into their lectures, making lessons more engaging. Meanwhile, the upgraded conference halls provide a more efficient platform for meetings, seminars, and academic discussions.
