Cagayan State University–Sanchez Mira Campus (CSU-SM), through the Instructional Materials Development Office, conducted an Instructional Materials Development Writeshop on December 12, 2025, at the campus Conference Hall.
The one-day activity aimed to enhance faculty members’ competence in developing quality instructional materials, particularly in module writing, to support effective teaching and learning.
The writeshop featured a lecture on instructional materials development and a hands-on module writing session facilitated by Dr. Laureana M. Lingan, retired Professor VI of CSU Andrews Campus. Following the lecture, participants engaged in module writing, which culminated in the presentation and critiquing of their developed modules during the afternoon session.
Dean Jane Gladys A. Monje, Dr. Janemyn I. Agbayani, Dr. Elizabeth C. Bautista, and Dr. Allan O. de la Cruz served as panelists who provided feedback and recommendations to further improve the participants’ instructional outputs.
