CHED grants COPC to 5 CSU Graduate Programs

Cagayan State University – Sanchez Mira Campus Graduate School proudly announces a significant achievement as five (5) graduate programs are now granted the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), effective academic year 2026-2027.

The programs granted COPC are as follows:

Doctor of Philosophy in Education
Major in Educational Management
per CEB Resolution No. 333-2026

Master of Arts in Education
Major in Educational Management
per CEB Resolution No. 038-2026

Master of Arts in Education
Major in English
per CEB Resolution No. 174-2026

Master of Science in Teaching
Major in Mathematics
per CEB Resolution No. 262-2026

Master of Science in Teaching
Major in Biology
per CEB Resolution No. 430-2026

This certification reflects the university’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, quality graduate education, and responsive professional development aligned with national standards for higher education.

This remarkable achievement was made possible through the collective efforts, visionary leadership, and steadfast support of the University President, Prof. Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, ASEAN Engr., CESE; Campus Executive Officer of Sanchez Mira Campus, Prof. Dr. Rodel Francisco T. Alegado; University Graduate School Dean, Prof. Dr. Julius T.
