𝐂𝐒𝐔-𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐳 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
Laoag City, Ilocos Norte – With the goal of strengthening accountability and collaboration, the Cagayan State University (CSU) Sanchez Mira Campus conducted its 2025 Campus Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation cum Team Building Activity on August 18–19, 2025, at The Palacio de Laoag.
The two-day activity aimed to assess the campus’ accomplishments for the first half of the year, address unmet targets, and develop catch-up plans for the remaining months, while also fostering camaraderie and teamwork among faculty and staff.
Program highlights included the presentation of the statement of purpose and the reporting of OPCR-based accomplishments by the college deans. Campus coordinators and the Administrative Officer V likewise provided direction-setting inputs that guided the planning sessions and reinforced the university’s thrust toward academic excellence and community service.
A key feature of the event was the Awarding of 2024 Top Performing and Performing Offices, which recognized outstanding campus units for their exemplary contributions to institutional goals.
