Cagayan State University Officer-In-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez was recognized as a Manuel T. Corpus Outstanding Quality Champion by Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).
The recognition highlights his leadership in strengthening quality assurance frameworks, promoting rigorous accreditation practices, and enhancing institutional certification processes that align with national and global standards.
The award, named after Manuel T. Corpus, honors individuals who exemplify excellence in quality assurance leadership in higher education.
Dr. Ibanez personally received the award during the 39th Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) Annual National Conference and General Assembly 2026 held at Century Park Hotel on March 24, 2026.
