OIC Office of the University President Arthur G. Ibanez takes oath before the CSU Board of Regents led by BOR Chair Designate Commissioner Ronald L. Adamat today during the 1st Quarter Special Board Meeting at the Commission on Higher Education. OIC Ibanez, a University Professor and fomer CEO of CSU Carig Campus, succeeds Former President Urdujah G. Alvarado who recently retired from government service.
