Cagayan State University informs all students of ๐๐ฎ๐น-๐น๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐, ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐, and ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐ ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ that the Online Faculty Evaluation System (OFES) is now accessible.
Students may log in using their ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐๐ง and password in the format:

After logging in, students are required to evaluate their assigned faculty members individually. All instructors must be evaluated and all questions must be completed before the system allows printing of the evaluation certificate. The certificate will serve as proof of compliance.
For concerns or technical issues, students may submit their reports through the โReport Issueโ section inside the system for proper assistance.
