Requirements:
✅ Original & signed Certificate of Indigency
✅ Certificate of Grades (2nd Sem A.Y. 2024–2025)
• No INC, no blank grades
• Must have passed all subjects
• For first-year students: Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card
✅ One (1) latest passport-size ID picture
✅ Colored photocopy of School ID with updated sticker (1st Sem 2025–2026)
⚠️ No requirements, no interview.
Important Reminders:
• Must have at least 2–3 hours vacant daily
• Must comply with 80 hours of service
• Only students with complete requirements and confirmed vacant hours will be entertained
📅 Deadline of submission: September 17, 2025 (Wednesday)
📍 Submit your requirements at the Office of the Student Development and Welfare (OSDW) and prepare for an interview with Mrs. Joanna Rose U. Panergo.
